Hi Everyone

Just a quick note to say hello to everyone, i have only tonight been able to log on to Rockpoker, so just to let you know where i am since winning the BLPT2009.

Firstly, i would like to say a Massive thank you to all the lovely ladies who congratulated me on my win, it was very kind of you all.

I have been in talks with Betfred on which tournaments i will be playing and up to now i am being entered for

Irish Open Main Event
Irish Open Ladies Event
Partypoker ladies Event
WSOP ladies Event
WSOP Main Evnent ??? ( not 100% on this one yet)
EPT London

And anything else that i fancy playing, so if anyone know of any other good tournaments to enter, please let me know.

Betfred have been really fantastic, i have been on a coperate event to Nottingham dogs and had to present the Betfred Poker Trophy to the winning owner, i am going to a few race meetings courtesy of Betfred, and they have even ok'd me having some professional poker tutition......not bad eh....

Loads of opportunities on offer from betfred and i'm glad you are making the most of them. Good luck in the tournaments, hopefully be seeing you at the ladies event of the irish open, a few of the peeps on the tour have said its one they would like to play. As for the other events there are some great opportunities coming your way

Sounds brilliant Helen and I'm sure you'll have an absolute ball - please try and keep us updated if you can, always good to hear how you are getting on and any gossip of course

Pokerstars are doing a tour of Britain this year, entry is £500 if you fancied one of them. Any GUKPT event is definitely worth looking at as well. Also the Gala tour is usually a good one to try.

It is a great opportunity, and one from which I found I learned a huge amount.

We are currently doing our house up in Whitley Bay so I am not playing live at the moment apart from a couple of local tourneys. As I have to be around all day from about 8am for the builders, it suits me to play online for a while, and but I hope to do the Party Poker event so may see you there!

Great news Helen has made the final six.She finished second in her heat to Clare Renaut who takes 1,200,000 chips to the final,Helen takes 350,000.Helen took out Annette Obrested in her heat in which Lynne Beaumont finished third.Quite a scalp on your TV debut. The next heat has Kelly Jackson in it and the third heat has Michelle Bricknel and I think Caroline Cove is in that one too.Helen rang me and was so excited with the result and the $3,000 now guaranteed.
