I've never joined a cult before but this could be the first.

The one true hand is the way to go but how to you get screen prints of the table?

To take a screenshot, hold down ctrl and press printscreen. This takes copy of the window you're in.

Then open up Paint (start, programs, accessories, Paint). Edit, Paste. Then save it as type jpg.

Put the picture on the web somewhere convenient (i use Photobucket, it's free), then include the picture in your post using the Img button.

Easier than it sounds, I promise!
